advantages: Looks the same as in the picture. We love onions. I thought my 4 month old boxer puppy would spend most of his time eating these onions but no! So far the design has not faded and there are no visible tears in the fabric. Cons: I only see one downside, but it's a big one. The first time I reached for the collar to avoid the disaster she was headed for, the collar immediately broke free and grew much larger than her head. For a split second I thought she was about to get out. As soon as I could I removed it from her and positioned this small sliding rubber rectangle in every possible position to "lock" the size in place. The results were temporary at best, temporary at worst. She is the Christmas princess in the house, but when we leave the house we have to use a different collar.
