The Neo G knee pads for children were a great purchase for us. My 8 year old collided with an adult at the trampoline park and damaged the tissue around his knee. Our doctor suggested using a knee brace to stabilize him while he recovered based on his flexibility (he kept spraining and injuring his knee). I don't even have to ask him to put on this knee brace - he just does it himself. He likes the feel of it and it has eliminated his knee pain. It is very soft and light enough that he can adjust himself to it. For reference, he is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 79 pounds. There's room to grow as you grow.
