Questionable best collars, harnesses and leashes

Bought my third leash for my 4 month old pup (Frenchton). His skin is very sensitive and is constantly being scratched by other collars. I bought it hoping it wouldn't make him itch anymore. It was itchy at first and then stopped. This is what happiness looks like!
