Good product. wasteful packaging

love this body product. No shower is complete without using it on your back, shoulders and legs. The bad news is that the puppy pack in my photo comes in very handy in the shower. IF IT WORKS. On my most recent purchase, the pump shut off immediately after purchase and a subsequent attempt to remove the product from the reservoir resulted in 1/2 of the product being flushed down the drain. As long as the pump is running.
