Ordered twice and returned both times. When they first sent it to me, the charging port was broken and couldn't charge. The fan worked great but I sent it back anyway. I reordered the fan hoping for a new and perfect one. When I got a new one, the fan broke too. As soon as you unpacked it you could hear that something was wrong with the engine. The fan was extremely weak compared to the first stage and the third stage didn't work at all. With the fan on, you could even hear a distorted sound from the engine. Very disappointed and will not order again. I would give it 1 star but the fan and portable battery worked fine.
