Bad Collar: Plain Collars

I put this on my cat and it broke 30 minutes after he put it on. There is a small piece of elastic holding the collar together and that broke in half.

Pros

When measuring a pet's neck or chest, add 2 inches to ensure a correct and comfortable fit.
