I bought etivitamins when I just started doing CrossFit and didn’t really go into details and subtleties. Has pros: Dosage 2 capsules for athletes, one capsule can be taken on non-training days. Acidic (yellow-green) color of urine, but according to other reviews, this is due to the B vitamins. Has cons: Not a very clear manufacturer.
