out of the box without even plugging anything, my mount covers up the ports, the stand looks like it's very cheap and made out of plastic, you're better off leaning the thing against the wall than trying to mount it or the stand shut to use. I can't even turn it on on the wall mount monitor. also with universal mount. The screws that go to the stand actually fit snugly in the holes for attaching the rear monitor to the stand, but the mounting screws for my mount are too big and don't match the monitor. Unfortunately there are only 2 of them, so now I have to buy new screws for the monitor. My stand is heavy duty so I refuse to modify it, it's versatile and expensive, it was bought a long time ago for another TV that broke so I'm going to use the swivel mount I need for this monitor, do not change. I will be mounting this monitor to the bottom of my 2 screw mounting bracket so I can access the ports as this is not possible with 4 screws. What a poor design choice for a monitor. There is no information about performance, picture quality or anything else. I saw it immediately and went no further. I'll update this if I can once I mount it lower on the stand and have access to the ports.
