This is a very beautiful skirt. But it works really great. I'm comfortable in a large (apple shaped) but based on some reviews I ordered a very large just in case. I could probably get away with a cozy environment. I need this for the Christmas cantata next weekend otherwise I will return it for a smaller size. But I'm slowly losing weight, so I just sew it on my sewing machine when it gets too big to carry. never mind I had the perfect black belt to tie it all together and nice black boots to wear. You must have guessed that we should wear black 😆 I got so many compliments I just went crazy! I am so happy with this skirt that I want to buy a Christmas plaid as well. I'm in love! Of course, this is cotton, so be sure not to dry it. Wash inside out with the same light shades and cold water. Hang to dry. If you dry it out you will end up with pills all over the place which will end up ruining everything together. But if you hang it up to dry, you can wear it as a very elegant skirt for a long time.
