I like the spike design The rubber construction is not durable enough in areas that require durability. The strap is key to staying on my feet and that's why I bought this model along with the type of spikes. The strap is too short and doesn't fit because the velcro and loop are on the same side. Just try to attach it to the buckle and connect it, and you will clearly understand the problem in its design. The upper part of the sock that attaches to the boot is too thin in rubber and doesn't go over the front boot enough. Without a strap, it will definitely detach from the top of the boot and get lost on the trail. A great design idea that needs some major adjustments or tweaks. If the upper forefoot can't be made from thicker rubber, maybe adding a few rows could give it the grip and extra durability it needs. Also, the strap placement should either be smarter/stronger or have more rows of rubber to avoid stretching and breaking.
