Since I purchased the ears through the JBL website, the possibility of them being fake is eliminated. Nothing came out of my attempts to reset the ears and fiddle with the settings; the noise reduction was already set to the lowest level, so it remained. I emailed JBL support and am awaiting a response at this time. In the beginning, I was going to mention that the size is a significant benefit. Since the size of the case is quite small (60 x 30 x 25 mm), but only the other day I received QCY T11 headphones, which are almost the same in case size, but cost about four times less than these headphones. So, the size for today, in addition to type-C and outstanding sound, is not a virtue, but rather a de facto standard in the business world. The package is regal, but JBL was obviously perplexed about it. Again, I am unable to record it with any degree of respect since, for 9000 people, they pack everyone in quite closely (Anker, Oppo, Realmi). The quality of the sound is exceptional. Detailing is medium, and the bottoms are hollow. This, however, cannot be characterized as a bonus in today's climate; the identical QCY T11 in sound is not substantially inferior to that of these headphones, but the latter are less expensive. Excellent sound, there is not anything else to add. In conclusion, I am unable to endorse these headphones due to the fact that. The noise canceler is not functioning properly. If you are intent on purchasing something from JBL, you should consider purchasing the JBL Live Pro Plus. I penned a testimonial for the representatives of JBL to read.
