I love this running belt. The fabric selection is soft yet durable. There are reflective elements in the zippers and side seams. It fits my iPhone 11 and fits snugly enough to my body so it doesn't bounce. It stays firm to my body. I wear mine tight on the waist, just below my belly button, and their curved design allows them to be worn there with a great fit and no wrinkles. The hipbelt is made of high quality stretchy fabric so it fits snugly, doesn't move or bounce around, but becomes part of your running tights in feel and fit. I fold it back when I run and put my phone in the back, you can still wear it. It's not bulky and doesn't feel like you're wearing something around your waist like some of the old fanny packs. I love it, wear it often and can only recommend it. It can also be used to carry your passport and valuables as a wallet when you are traveling and want to put it under your jeans. Very practical with one large compartment and two smaller ones. Big enough to carry the whole family's passports and a phone, as well as some money or other valuables.
