I WAS NOT PAID! I have not received any discounts, I do not know anyone in the company and I will NOT receive ANYTHING from this review! I had the worst hair of my entire life. It was very thin, fine and flowing hair. When I was styling I couldn't get enough volume on top because I didn't have enough hair for you to see my scalp (I have black hair so it's ugly) but I didn't have enough hair that the ends flew apart and almost stuck together (fibrous) and did not remain smooth. Again my neck and ears could be seen through my hair. Also, my hair didn't grow around my face, it broke. I've tried all kinds of shampoos, conditioners, styling creams, masks, etc. because I'm selling beauty products, but I couldn't find anything suitable. Last year I finally found this and it only took me a bottle of shampoo and 1/2 bottle of conditioner to make my hair "normal". My hair used to fall out a lot, now it's normal. I have twice as much hair. I can also take b/t shampoo for a day or two because my hair is thick enough to style without having to wash again. The styling cream is great. It adds texture and volume to my hair without weighing it down or making my hair coarse. It also protects against heat. My hair a year later: I'm wearing my hair longer than ever, to the middle of my back. My stylist just cuts her hair because she is so impressed and says now that I have hair I have to flaunt it. She used to have to cut my hair so there weren't any bald spots. She's amazed at how fast my hair grows, plus she's getting more money now. LAUGH OUT LOUD! I like that the shampoo lathers a bit but not like a sulfate shampoo. No, the conditioner does not foam. If you don't like the product, you get your money back. Every body and its chemistry is different. If this doesn't work for you, you may need to use it longer or it's just not right for your hair and others. But the money is coming back, so why complain?
