NOT CORRECT! Much more than a liter for a TSA check.
False advertising! Bought this specifically for flying as he said the TSA size is 3-1-1 qt. I was stopped at the TSA checkpoint because the bag was too big and I had to decide what to keep. TSA gave me a liter bag three times the size of this one. Luckily a friend had a seat and security allowed him to rejoin the queue with my extra liquids. Do not buy. You know, your bag is a quart, unlike mine.
