I love how fast it accesses USB drives, especially the 3.0 port; almost immediately. However, I would like to see better instructions on how to use it otherwise. It's pretty much plug and play, but it would be nice to see detailed instructions on what else it can do. I was hoping to use the ethernet port, connect to my modem/router and create a NAS drive using a USB flash drive. Maybe I just don't know how to do this, or my modem/router doesn't support this feature. However, instead of using it on my laptop, I like having more USB ports available now; especially the super fast ones. Note that it does get a little warm at times, but overall the functionality seems great for the price. Also, it was very nice of them to provide a USB-C to USB-A adapter (the common one we're all used to). This allowed me to use a different port on my laptop. So my laptop went from (2) regular USB-A ports to (5). Works for me!
