The resulting Weather Wood blade does not look like the Revain picture.

This review focuses on the Weather wooden blade, specifically its finish. The blade itself seems fine, but the finish itself doesn't look at all like the picture on the Revain, nor does it look like a weather tree. Due to the poor painting, it looks more like a black and gray tiger pattern. It's also a lot lighter than the picture shown on Revain. I am very disappointed for such an expensive set of knives. Before you decide on an aged wood finish, see the attached image.
