Doesn't keep my phone secure. The claw grip progressively adjusts with clicks, using teeth instead of a spring. My phone slips into the claws because they are too loose, but the claws don't tighten because the next click is too tight. If your phone is the right size for one of the clicks, you're in luck, but I'm not that lucky. To be clear, the phone won't fall out, but I would have preferred a firm grip so it doesn't bounce or get caught in your claws while driving. On the positive side, the suction cup is quite large. Haven't tried it but looks like it will have significant grip strength. However, the mount is heavy, so it needs to be strong enough to support both its own weight and the weight of your phone. Please note that the product is boxed for retail sale - no box, just wired to a cardboard hanging card. See attached photo. Mine arrived safe and sound, but that might be an issue for some.
