Although this was the best hand vacuum I've ever owned, I have a problem. I've had it for a year and have found that it doesn't charge for more than 10 minutes. I don't leave it on, when it turns green I turn it off and put it away. I don't know who to contact to ask what to do, this model is no longer available and it's very annoying. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know how to solve this problem?
