I plan to eat some Whey Cool every day. Forever and ever. So I think the whey I choose should ONLY have the qualities I need (protein, micronutrients) while also being as healthy as possible (organic, cold processed). I can add my own (raw, cold processed) cocoa powder or sweetener or . . .however! I use Whey Cool in Almond Milk and Light Cream to make my own "half" for my cup of steaming fresh coffee, and it's delicious and filling, and nothing special! Very "worth" what I consider my breakfast meal. By the way, I would NOT say that he is ONLY particularly good in the water. . .
