Update: After reading my initial 1 star review, the company immediately contacted me with an apology and an offer. I chose a refund over a replacement as my business depends on my printer and I didn't want to risk another test. But I must give credit where it is due. I will return partially used cartridges even though the company didn't ask for it. A company willing to support their product in this way is definitely worth a try. The cartridges may be suitable for your printer. First review: I was hoping to save some money, but I'm resorting to expensive cartridges. I bought remanufactured Valuetoner ink cartridges to replace my HP Officejet 100 mobile printer. They were well packaged and appear to be genuine. It's even possible that I just got a bad set, but unfortunately, such quality control delays business and is unacceptable. Ultimately, the savings aren't worth it if the product doesn't work. When I first installed the color cartridge, I seemed to be missing blue. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and something seemed to change and it started working. I found that it was more difficult than usual to close the lid over the cartridge while it was inserted in the printer - for both color and black. It's like the comb that's supposed to hook into the top of the cartridge with the 'hook' on the lid isn't lined up quite right, but a little extra pressure (not enough to break anything) and it goes inside I thought that's fine. After about 20 prints, the printer stopped and reported a cartridge error. From that point on, everything I did mattered - rebooting the printer, reinstalling cartridges, trying to force paper. Nothing. I also tried inserting a black cartridge but then I only had errors on both cartridges. Whatever the printer thinks is a problem, it doesn't even try to print. It just blinks and every attempt to print results in cartridge errors.
