Review on Wine Bottle Floor Corker Portuguese by Dhoal Olson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't waste your time and money on a manual cork stopper, buy one.

When I was bottling my first batch of wine, I bought a manual capper, although the owner of my local brewery advised me not to do so. He told me hand caps are tough and I hate them and he only sells them because newbies aren't sure they want to spend $70 on a bottom cap. He said everyone goes back and buys a bottom capper after filling their first batch with a manual capper. He was right! I hated the hand capper so I bought a bottom capper for my second batch and oh my god. It's very easy. It is very easy to adjust the depth of the cork, it is stable, strong and fast. Don't buy a manual capper, even if it's cheap.
