Not good on the bike
I gave 2 stars because it looks good BUT the footage you receive is useless! Osmo attaches securely, but the vibrations of the engine and the road are still there. The shock is a simple spring rather than a damper, so it smooths out slow hits but not fast ones, as you can see in the footage. I ordered a chest strap instead and will try that next time.
