After using Seachem for decades, this is the first time I have had a problem with a product. The bottle arrived damaged and the product was leaking. I tried contacting Seachem directly but the customer support was terrible. Revain solved the problem in seconds by replacing the product. In any case, I still give 5 stars because Seachem, even with mediocre customer service, has always produced significantly higher quality products. It may be more expensive, but it's a price for quality and you get what you pay for. is extremely focused. I believe the instructions are based on the "worst case" (and it works in bad situations). For general cloudiness, drastically reduce the dose and you'll get great results without the milky water mentioned by other reviewers. Another Seachem product that I use and love is Pristine and also fish food. Nothing beats Seachem quality.
