I got my issues resolved with technical support. First, I couldn't get the software to work. It turned out that the drive inside the case had come loose when shipped. Melody asked me to remove the back of the drive, remove the internal unit, and then put it back in to reinstall it in the correct position. This was an easy fix, but with so many tech support staff on sick leave, it took me a while to get the information I needed to help. Second, when all the files from my computer were loaded into Picture Keeper Pro, they turned out to be chaotically stored in one giant file. Tony from Georgia patiently walked me through the process to show me what I needed to do. What I didn't notice was that when I first clicked on the main folder with my computer's name on it, a subfolder opened. However, only the name under the folder image has changed. Two files were missing from the screen. I had to slowly right-click the same folder icon - multiple times. Every time I did this and checked the filename under the icon, I saw myself digging deeper into the files. As I patiently did this, all the folders from my computer eventually filled the PKP screen. And yes, they were all in their respective folders. Many thanks to Melody and Tony for their patient help. Hopefully, once the pandemic subsides, the technical department can reach customers more quickly. Otherwise, I really like the functions and the ease of use. I recommend this for people with lots of photos who want a quick and easy fix!
