A great addition to the USA Pan range of non-stick bakeware - also made in the USA!

I have several pans from USA Pan. In fact, it's the only brand I bake under. From muffin tins to jelly roll tins, cookie sheets, baking sheets, and custom pans, USA Pan is my favorite brand for its durability, easy cleanup, and most importantly, the fact that it's made in the USA (which is becoming increasingly rare). ). in these days). I try to buy American (or European) whenever possible as I don't trust the materials used, having had several bad experiences in the past with poor quality products/faulty finishes etc. So when I was offered to try the USA Pan Pizza stone I was very happy to find an American made alternative for my homemade pizza crusts and rustic breads. First, this pan is BIG, so for those of you with a smaller convection oven, it will be oversized. It has a surprisingly solid feel and weight. Made from clay mined in Tennessee, the pizza stone has the same non-stick coating as the metal bakeware, so you no longer have to scrub off burnt pizza cheese or drips that ruin regular ceramic cookware. It comes with a 3 year guarantee. Because this item is ceramic, never put a warm pot in cold water to reduce the risk of breaking it. Due to the non-stick coating, avoid steel wool or abrasive cleaners. Also, DO NOT preheat or exceed 450°C. If you follow these tips, your US pizza stone will serve you for many years.
