I recommend that it does not open
I already have a silicone case, I chose a leather case. In comparison, silicone often opens on a keychain (I've already lost an AirPod :( it cost me $75), it's heavier and doesn't open randomly Advantages: 1) The skin protects well from damage. 2) looks stylish. 3) It doesn't open. 4) The charging port is not closed and I can charge the case without removing the charging station cover. 5) There is a small carabiner.
