Received this cabinet yesterday and assembled it using the diagrams and common sense. Assembly was easy and requires repositioning of the cabinet for easy access. Installing the tempered glass panel is easier with the help of another person, but it can be done by one person using tape or other material to hold the long screw that holds the glass in place. I figured I was missing a side rail in the document box and called the number listed in the owner's manual. A very nice woman got in touch and promised to send me the required spare part. Found the part the next day. It was under the filing cabinet and rumbled when I moved the cabinet to another location. I also noticed a crack in the wheel supporting the center box. So I called to ask about canceling a part I no longer need and to see if they could send me a replacement roller. Another person replied and said the rolls came in one package and since they can't send a single roll I will be receiving a full set. Amazing service. I will add a comment later. The closet is perfect and just what I wanted. I fit exactly into the space I planned it in. The measurements are very accurate. Another inch and I would have had to move the table.
