The product meets all the requirements and performs the specified functions. Warming up takes about 5 minutes. It gets really hot, after about 20 minutes I had to go from 3(max) to 2 and felt good. Plenty of room for my height 12ft. The casters are hand held and not the most relaxing for me but my wife loved them. I didn't try the herb feature as I didn't have anything on hand and the directions weren't entirely clear on exactly what to use. I guess you could even put some Epsom salts in there. Cleaning was easy and easily took me 30 minutes and my wife another 30 minutes without refilling water. On the whole it was pleasant. I would probably prefer to have my feet under water and have automatic casters with jets for a more spa-like experience. But I can't complain about that as the product does exactly what it says on the tin. The steam is definitely easier to clean and still softens the skin and relaxes the legs, so that's a win!
