Not worth it, useful
I was very happy with this as I do a lot of HITT and high intensity strength training and cardio. My current sports headbands don't absorb moisture well enough as I sweat a lot for an hour and thought this headband would be a huge upgrade. For the price I ordered almost half a dozen. Thank goodness I decided to try just one first before buying a bunch.0 This group did absolutely nothing. It slipped off with every movement so I couldn't even test its absorbency. The edge also doesn't lay flat so not only can't it slide off, but the back edge is flared making your head look like a weird square. I'm sending it back, it's terrible.
