I like that it is easy for our staff members who are not tech savvy, which includes myself! The interface can be confusing at first but once you get used to how things work there isn't anything wrong with using this program. It has been great being able to use one system across multiple locations all in different states. There's nothing really new about what we're doing here just making sure everyone follows protocol from point A-Z. This makes everything easier when trying to transfer information between providers as well as insurance companies. The best part is that it is easy to use and it is very user friendly. The support is good and they are always there to help. I would really recommend this to those who need a good and reliable software to run their business. I have used it for my business and it is a great software. I am able to track and keep track of my patients and their progress. It is easy to use and it is very reliable.
