Perfect replacement for the original factory part - it took less time.
The perfect replacement part for the original factory part - took less than 15 minutes to remove and replace the worn original part (remove one electrical terminal, remove three screws on the resistor and one screw in the ground area. Just like their instructions). Just dropped in, everything aligned as it should and after installation - now the blower works again on all four levels. Very glad I saved money by doing this at home instead of the garage.
