Like sandpaper on my face.

I was really looking forward to cotton pillowcases that give a feeling of freshness, softness and freshness. Ordinary microfiber pillowcases get too hot. These pillowcases arrived, I washed them (with Downey fabric softener) and immediately put them on the pillows. I lie down and the pillowcases are so rough I feel like I've peeled half my face off. I had to take them off. I'd say I just wasted my money, but luckily I have an old wooden table in my garage that needs sanding, so I can just use those horrible, gritty pillowcases to sand it down.
