I tried to order the same monitor that I already had several years ago. It seems that many technologies and properties are the same. It will probably work just fine. I'm just a little disappointed with LG's obviously cheap promotions. A cheap HDMI cable was included instead of the DisplayPort cable the old one came with. The stand is so cheap and barely adjustable. It is held in place by 2 small screws. The height is not adjustable. Looks like they moved the power conversion to the plug itself, which is why it doesn't work well on my power strip. It's big and bulky and doesn't fit next to other forks.
