Finishing and materials aren't as luxurious or high tech as Bose or JBL. But you can't expect that for the price. For less than $50, these speakers are a pleasure to listen to. They are very musical. They have a very neutral tone. The bass doesn't wobble, but just enough so as not to distract from the music. Some may not like its size. That's the most. You can't really put it in your pocket. But good stereo imaging more than makes up for that. YUP! This speaker produces a decent stereo image when placed correctly. You just have to experiment with it. The FM and SD modes are great additions that can't be found in any price range. So what don't you like? A major downside is the voice prompt (with a British accent). It's loud and annoying. And you cannot reduce or disable it. So I can only use it in my chosen environment (definitely not in the bedroom if you have a sensitive roommate).
