I only received this wrist rest 2 minutes ago and am writing this review while using it. The first thing I noticed was the quality. It feels way better than the foam pads sold at Office Depot, Staples and the like. The gel feels very soft (but not too soft) and the faux leather is also very pleasant to the touch. It's a good weight and doesn't seem to move at all - even before the plastic is peeled off the sticky underside. It's also nice and deep, basically as deep as four rows on a keyboard. My last was probably three rows at most. The only complaint I have is that it's shorter than my previous palm rest. I can feel the size difference and believe my older, larger one was slightly better in that regard. However, it doesn't feel like my wrists are flexed at all, which is the main reason for using the palm rest. If they made it 1/4 inch bigger it would be perfect. I hope it lasts a long time!
