I have had two cube beds before but I believe they were designed for cats. They were only 13 inches square and my 17 pound pet squeezed into them, but it was obvious it didn't really fit. most of the time his head or butt was hanging out the door. but he didn't give up, so I went. I am looking for this exact design but in a larger size. I have to say there aren't many products on the market that fit the bill but this one is GREAT! It has enough space for my dog and his favorite blanket. The quality seems to be very good. it holds its shape very well and has a lot of padding and a very soft lining. It can be opened and turned into a standard bed and is washable. They come in other colors but I prefer blue. it is good value for money, the quality is good. The price is higher than standard beds, but the extra size makes it more valuable. I like it. My second dog is jealous so I'll probably have to invest in another when deciding where to stand. be placed.
