Edit #2 06/02/22: The battery is empty and the mobile phone does not work again. I've tried several different brands and no luck. I bought a whole pack of Costco energizers because they finally worked last time, but nothing is working now. At this point I'm really considering returning it, although my kids love to play with toys. Edit 5/4/22: I tried energizer max batteries and the phone is working again. I am very happy with it and my twins love falling asleep at the sight of the projection light. My elderly mother actually received the package on my behalf and was able to assemble it quite easily. I like its size and all the features. The remote control is a bit sensitive. You have to point it directly at the cell phone at a very specific point, otherwise it won't work. I'm also having battery issues on the phone itself. I'm using regular Duracell batteries and the phone doesn't work. I'll try buying cheaper batteries and see if that helps. I think regular Duracell batteries are too strong for electronics even though they are regular 1.5V batteries like those that come with a cell phone. If I can get it working again I'll be very happy. I love the look and my kids love it too. I had twins so it's busy enough to keep both entertained and I love that it has 2 separate rattles so exactly one for each. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I just hope to get it working again soon.
