Qooqi nail clippers work great. The set contains a large and a small pair of pliers and a double-ended file. They have a modern look with a matte black finish and give a nice solid feel when trimming your nails. What makes them particularly beautiful and surprised me is the curve of the handle. My old clippers don't have them so I didn't think much of it until I used them. They actually give you a better grip on the clippers when you use them. It was something I didn't know I wanted until I got it. The file is fine and does the job, although I rarely use it. Pros: Modern design (sexy matte black) Wide handle with a textured grip Curves in the grip for a better grip Stainless steel Low cost (about $5) Cons: None yet Now I wish I wouldn't recommend them for the nail tech but for the average Joe or Jane, this set is for you. And for about $5, that's no problem!
