Fits perfectly on my 03 Explorer when replacing a factory 6 disc radio with a new Kenwood. The rear stay didn't engage, but that's due to Kenwood's design and didn't seem needed anyway. Only fits 1 strap. It was the main suspension, so no big deal. The wire harness that goes to the steering wheel control wires has not been properly connected/secured, but again it doesn't matter as only 1 of the wires is used for it.
