I have ordered 2 toner cartridges from this company and the first worked perfectly with no complaints. My printer read it as the original and used it for almost a year. I ordered a second one and it worked great for a few months and somehow started printing with a dark stripe down the side (must have been an accident). I immediately called the company and they tried to help me solve the problem otherwise they will refund the money. Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem and they were kind enough to refund the money. I will continue to happily shop with them!
