Review on X Cosrack Stackable Freestanding Organizer Countertop by Jan Keller

At first I thought I did something wrong the first time I assembled it but I wasn't. It is said to have three "large slots" to hold the wide end of the bottle and three "small slots" to hold the nose end of the wine bottle. There were only two small slots on one tier that no wine bottle could fit. They are for the nose end of the bottle only. If you look at my picture, the top layer has two small pieces on one layer, and the middle and bottom layers are correct with one small and one big. I don't know what to do at this point other than just use two of the three layers. I have paid.
