When the set arrived one of the machines wasn't working. The company shipped a new kit 2 or 3 days after I processed the return request. I found it incredible. The kit is easy to assemble. Batteries are a little fiddly to insert/replace, but I guess that's ok these days. You'll need a small screwdriver, such as one found in an eyeglass repair kit. My 4 year old grandson liked the set but didn't really care even though I got an extra 14ft rail. Then this trail runs through the whole room. what do you do with it? I thought the dinosaur set would be fun, but he was honestly sick of it. These dinosaurs are pretty small. He loves dinosaurs and loves cars. There is nothing wrong with this set. After a few hours, he just didn't care anymore.
