Review on Niagara Cutter N45437 Non Center 30 Degree by Doug Virden

I bought it when it was $14. Now it's $49, I don't know why the price went up. If you manage to get it on sale, you can't beat the price. Even if it's out of stock, for $49 it's a great tool. The picture is correct, it has chip breaker grooves. I've used it on steel, aluminium, HDPE and brass - I don't see any tarnishing or chipping!
