Nice tie, good quality; I didn't receive what I ordered

I ordered a floral print (navy blue with floral print) and they sent me another floral print. The one that was sent was beautiful and good quality and will look great with most outfits, but I specifically chose the one I ordered because it fits in my wallet. So the tie is of good quality, but the mix-up with the delivery annoys me a little.
