which I needed for a slightly revised review. Another customer probably didn't understand that you need to go to the SUPPORT tab on the Blackmagic Design website and follow the instructions to download the user manual and drivers. I agree that there could have been more instructions in the original packaging but this applies to all Blackmagic Design products. You also need to install the utility software on your computer and use the USB port to set up the Mini Converter. This process also frustrated me when I first started using Blackmagic devices, but after speaking to support it became easy for the technician to download the latest drivers and manuals (which should be the case with any hardware). It was easier for me to leave a message for support than to call. I will try to come back later for a more detailed review.
