I only needed this drill to install a cheap peephole camera in a steel door. It was sharp when I got it, but after I was halfway through the door it went downright faint. I had to regrind it to fit through the foam center of the door. Yes, I said foam. I used heavy duty lube and sharpened at low speed after drilling the center and I ended up with an oval hole. If it's a one-time job, then this beat will do. Technology, automotive, craftsmen? Don't waste money
