Spare part required

I ordered 3 sets. One set was missing a piece when they arrived. I made use of the return option. I just returned the kit that was missing the part. I was emailed that a replacement is on the way. Buy it sounded like the entire order (3 sets) would be reshipped. No problem I like them enough to charge for them when they arrive.
