Cheap and works well
It's not my area of expertise, but I definitely work better than the old one I had. There seems to be much less interference. There is a small screw there that you can attach the ground wire to if you haven't already grounded the wire elsewhere. I think the screw that came with it was a 1/2 inch screw. So if you're hanging them on drywall or indoors, make sure you use a larger screw and make sure there's a stud on the back. you will hang it.
