These filters were well priced and now we know why. Water filters are terrible! We installed one and it was fine for a little over a month and then the water started to taste awful. We went ahead and replaced another new water filter even though it had been less than two months since the first one was installed. With the newer filter, the water tasted terrible from the start. We gave up and bought more expensive filters from the hardware store and the water tasted good again. These filters suck - don't waste your money on them. (I tried to select 0 starts as a rating but I wasn't allowed to. The 1 star I got is a higher rating than I would have chosen.)
