Review on Discover the LG 32BN88U-B Ultrafine 4K Ergonomic Monitor with 120Hz and USB Hub by Marcos Follette

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I felt the need to give my opinion. I chose this monitor because the display looks good. I am very happy with the performance of this monitor. The fact that it had built-in speakers was one of the deciding factors. I often switch between the display speakers and another system playing in my studio. I like it when my (audio) system is set up so that I can easily switch the outputs and control the volume using the keyboard. Unfortunately, this monitor does not support this type of computer control. According to LG, this is not possible. I find that surprising given that the display has both USB-C and HDMI inputs. Both technologies support full audio control. I find LG's inability to allow this type of control on this display mysterious. I'm only giving it three stars because the picture quality is very good. If I hadn't based my purchase decision partly on the built-in speakers, I know I would have given it a five-star rating. But that oversight, and apparent admission that it would never support speaker control the way I wanted it to, caused me to deduct two stars. I am really disappointed and would like to send it back.
